At Swaddelini, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and securely seal the parcel with the return label on the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
